At ApnaShop24, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy applies to both vendors and customers and complies with international e-commerce standards as well as Pakistani online sales regulations.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers and vendors may request a return within 8 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags, labels, and any included accessories must remain intact.
- Items such as underwear, cosmetics, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Digital products, perishable goods, and gift cards cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
For Customers:
- Email admin@apnashop24.com within 8 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review the request and provide a return shipping address.
- Ship the product back via a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect).
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund or replacement status within 5-7 business days.

For Vendors:
- Vendors must offer a minimum 8-day return policy on their products.
- If a return is approved, vendors are responsible for accepting the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is verified and accepted by the vendor.
- Vendors failing to comply may be subject to penalties under ApnaShop24’s Seller Agreement.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product, full reimbursement (including shipping costs) will be provided.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
4. Exchange Policy
- Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or replacement within 8 days.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- If an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return request.
6. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges, customers and vendors may contact admin@apnashop24.com.
- Disputes will be resolved following Pakistan’s Consumer Protection Laws and international e-commerce standards.
- If necessary, legal actions will be taken under Pakistani jurisdiction.
