At ApnaShop24, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy applies to both vendors and customers and complies with international e-commerce standards as well as Pakistani online sales regulations.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers and vendors may request a return within 8 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags, labels, and any included accessories must remain intact.
  • Items such as underwear, cosmetics, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Digital products, perishable goods, and gift cards cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

For Customers:

  1. Email admin@apnashop24.com within 8 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide a return shipping address.
  4. Ship the product back via a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect).
  5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund or replacement status within 5-7 business days.

For Vendors:

  1. Vendors must offer a minimum 8-day return policy on their products.
  2. If a return is approved, vendors are responsible for accepting the returned item.
  3. Refunds will be processed once the item is verified and accepted by the vendor.
  4. Vendors failing to comply may be subject to penalties under ApnaShop24’s Seller Agreement.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product, full reimbursement (including shipping costs) will be provided.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or replacement within 8 days.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • If an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return request.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any dispute regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges, customers and vendors may contact admin@apnashop24.com.
  • Disputes will be resolved following Pakistan’s Consumer Protection Laws and international e-commerce standards.
  • If necessary, legal actions will be taken under Pakistani jurisdiction.
